I have used the training mat on light beige carpeting, for extended periods of time, and it has not left any discoloration.

            Hi-
I used the mat in a carpeted room and had no issues with it.  I did pick it up at the end of winter, when I was comfortable my riding would be outside in a regular basis.   If you're thinking of leaving it down at all times, I'm not certain how it would affect the carpet.

I've had a training mat on my carpet for a little over two years without any issue. I've not had any discoloration and rarely move it.

my cycleops 300pt has a whie residue on the rear flywheel from the brake pad.  How do I properly remove the residue?  Where do I purchase replacement brake pads?
Asked on 12/25/2014 by Billy Baroo from New Orleans, LA, United States

          • A:

You can use a mild cleaning solution such as Dawn dish soap, or Mr. Clean to clean off the braking surface. The pads you will need for that bike are available on our website.
