Time crunched? Too much to do? This 30 minute turbo trainer workout combines aerobic strength and sprint intervals to launch your legs into an anaerobic state that will put you over the edge.
Before you get started be sure to grab a towel for sweat, something to protect your bike – like another towel or our sweat guard, and at least one bottle of water to keep near-by.
